ITS Engineering Manager (Business Development and Strategic Planning):
Managing since the implementation till operation, including quality governance, Testing, V&V, and maintenance facilities. Coordinating projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Analyzing technology, resource needs, and business demand, in order to plan and assess the feasibility of ITS projects. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes. Establish administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
I’m responsible for a host of processes and activities since the Project Initiation process, covering the high level scope and objectives of the project and establishing communication channels, and ensuring that there are no gaps in the requirement process to the development stages, investigating systems, assessing business models, identifying options for improvements and bridging the business needs by analysis of the proposed systems and designing solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency of the business, including {Concept of Operations, Requirements Engineering, Quality Management System, Systems Integration, Interface Management, System Assurance (RAM), Verification & Validation, Test & Commissioning, Human Factors (Optimization)}.
